- Analyze one poem and write a brief explanation of its theme (in one or two full sentences). Then, create a picture or diagram of one image from the poem and explain the image.
- If you don't have our book, Themes on a Journey, choose one from your own book or online site. You can even choose a song.

- Today we contined our unit on myth, legends, fables and fantasy fiction.
- We will have an apostrophe quiz on Thursday (it's been held over for a day).
- Get the words for Friday's spelling quiz.

- Homework for Wednesday:
- Read to the end of Act 3.
- There will be a test on Acts 2/3 tommorow (Wednesday). Study!
- We won't have a lot of homework in this unit, but we will have many comprehension quizzes. So, you need to be in class and ready to pay attention!
- Try the "No Fear Macbeth" link to the right; it has the original text next to the modern English language version. It makes for a great study guide!
