English 11 Block 1: Homework for Thursday
- Finish the Act 2 study guide.
- Reread 3.1 of Macbeth using No Fear Shakespeare.
- Also, listen to the act via the audio version of Macbeth.
- We wrote the Act 1 exam last Monday!
- Re-read the entire Act 1 (i.e. up to and including 1.7) of Macbeth using No Fear Shakespeare and finish the Act 1 study guide.
- The test will be a mixture of multiple choice, fill in the blanks and short responses. Focus on who is speaking, who they are talking to, and what they are saying in modern English. The No Fear site will be invaluable in this regard.
- Study your literary devices handout and the introductory Powerpoint notes on Macbeth.
