Communications 11 Block 1: Homework for Friday

• Chapters 6-9 of Deathwatch, including the study guide questions, are to be finished for Monday, May 2.
• You should be finished reading and the study guide for Chapter 8 by Thursday night. Start reading Chapter 9.
• Each question must be answered with a full sentence that's capitalized at the beginning and finished with a period. Do not start a sentence with because, that, so, to and which.
• Chapters 1-5 were due on Monday, April 26.

• Today we watched the 2nd half of the October Sky movie. Make sure to fill out a similarities and differences T-chart. We will be writing a compare and contrast essay on Monday. The topic is as follows: "Compare and contrast the book and film versions of October Sky".
• Did you write the 4th October Sky exam?
• Make sure you complete the study guide! It's due on Tuesday before you write the exam.
