• Finish reading up to and including Act 3.1 in Romeo and Juliet.
• Complete the Act 2 study guide.
• Feel free to read the modern English version of No Fear Shakespeare.
• Did you write the Act 1 test?
• Finish reading all of Act 1 in Romeo and Juliet.
• Feel free to read the modern English version of No Fear Shakespeare.
• Finish the Act 1 study guide by Tuesday night. It's the basis of tomorrow's test. Also study "The Life and Times of Shakespeare" sheet and the literary terms sheet.

English 12 Block 2: Homework for Thursday

• Read William Faulkner's "A Rose for Emily" for Thursday.
• Did you write the "Boys and Girls" quiz? If not, read "Boys and Girls" by Alice Munro. Be ready for a 10 mark comprehension quiz! It's not open-book!
• Did you write the in-class quiz on "How much land does a man need?"? If not, come see me after school in January.

Communications 11 Block 3: Homework for Thursday

• Finish your third poetry assignment ("Dying" and "A Fisherman's Wife") for Thursday if it's not finished.
