- 2. What mistake does Didion make regarding her comment about spending time in church?
- 3. What is the condition of the Metropolitan Cathedral? Why is it in this condition?
- 4. Why do you think Didion is happy that so many people dislike the condition of the cathedral? [This is a challenge!]
- 5. In which ways is this a descriptive essay? Be specific.

- Your character traits poster project was due today.
- Choose one of the main characters in The Great Gatsby and identify five important character traits. Then, find a quotation in the novel that represents each trait. Create a short paragraph that describes each trait and place them on a poster with a border, a title, and at least one graphic.
