I hope you've had a good spring break, despite the extraordinary and historic times we are experiencing. Sick of TV yet? I'm not, but I'm getting close. On the other hand, it's the first time in my career that I've taught from home, which is already an interesting challenge, and the coffee is running freely!
I just wanted to let you know that this week is probably going to be very quiet. The school district and its teachers are still figuring out what to do, and today we are learning about a communications program called Microsoft Teams. I'm hoping to keep the process straightforward and just use Outlook and my blog, but we'll have to see.
In the meantime, take it easy and read something good for you. :-) I will be in touch later to let you know what's happening. We'll try to keep things simple, so don't panic!
Cheers,
Mr. Welch
Notice the creative use of my granddaughters' building blocks?
