- Read to the end of Chp. 20 of October Sky. Finish the Part 3 Study Guide. You'll need to read to p. 311 by tomorrow (Tuesday).
- Start reviewing for Wednesday's sentence test!
- If not completed, finish typing up your good copy paragraph.
- When you are finished, print it out and hand it to me by the end of Monday.
- Follow these guidelines:
- Include 2-4 introductory transitions (in bold).
- Include at least one subordinate clause (highlighted).
- Include at least one appositive phrase (underlined).
- As a bonus, you can use up to four October Sky vocab words. If they're used properly, you'll get half a mark for each word, for a maximum of two bonus marks out of 36. Italicize them!
- Use 1.5 spacing and 12-14 size font.
