English 12 Block 2: Homework for Monday
- Read Chp. 4 of The Great Gatsby for Monday. The Chp. 4 notes and vocab quiz will be due on Tuesday.
- Did you write the first Gatsby test on Thursday?
- Study your Powerpoint and Cornell notes for the characters, events and themes of the novel.
- Get to know F. Scott Fitzgerald.
- Think about how the wealthy are portrayed in the novel, and how the settings of the first three chapters explain the differences within American society in the 1920's.
- The Chp. 3 Cornell notes were due Wednesday, as was the 3rd vocab quiz.
- The first major Great Gatsby test will be held on Thursday.
