 English 12 Block 1:

English 9 Block 3 (Day 1):

    • Paragraph 2 is due on Monday. Bring a hard copy, not an email! It just needs to be a rough copy, and can be hand-written or printed.
      • Examine this website on categorization.
      • Now, take a look at your T-chart on the positives and negatives of technology. Focus on the "Negatives" column. Using symbols, highlighters or coloured pens, identify three categories under which you can organize most of your examples (e.g. education/information/making connections).

      • How does technology undermine our lives?
        • Don't worry about the positives of technology.
        • Aim for at least 7 sentences. Try to write at least two sentences per point.
        • Complete a draft copy of this paragraph for next class! Bring a hard copy; we'll work with it in class!
