  • Get today's notes on Aristotle's ethics, if you were away.
  • Here is today's journal entry:
    • Whom do you admire most? In what way does that person inspire you? How does that person live a “good life”? 
  • Finish #vi (6) from the Introduction to Ethics questions.


English 12 Block 3: 
Homework for Wednesday
  • Quiz alert! Be ready for Wednesday's reading quiz on Leo Tolstoy's "How much land does a man need?". (It's #4 in the booklet.)
    • Take notes on the following:
  • Get all the theme, symbolism, plot, character, irony and POV notes from another student if you've missed any classes. A fiction test is coming soon!


English 11 Block 4 Linear: Homework for Thursday
  • Test alert! Review your SVA package in preparation of Thursday's subject verb agreement test. In addition, review the following websites:
  • Notes homework: Go to the assignment on the final page of the "Break the Fake" package. There are three topics (flu prevention, consumer advocacy, and the solar minimum).
    • Choose one topic. 
    • Next, create a "quad" chart like we did for the two medical sites.
    • Examine both sites within your topic.
    • Write down in point form at least 20 points overall: What are the positives and negatives of each site? Probably two of the four quadrants will be fuller than the other two. I'll give you 10 marks on Tuesday Thursday. 
      • Overall, which site is more credible and trustworthy?
      • /10 marks
