 English 12 Block 1:

  • Read Chp. 5 of Under the Ribs of Death (UTROD). Keep working on the Part 1 study and vocab guide, particularly the vocab words.
    • The first small test on UTROD will be on Monday, Sept. 19 Tuesday, Sept. 20. It will cover the main characters and events of Chps. 1-5. It will consist of multiple choice and matching of vocabulary.
  • Study this site on subjects and predicates.
  • Study this site on direct and indirect objects.
  • Please have your parent or guardian sign your parental welcoming letter by Friday.
  • For next week, divide your binder using three labeled dividers: Grammar/Writing /Units.
